What is Paint-Protection-Film (PPF)?

Paint-Protection-Film is a urethane film that is comprised of several layers. It works to form a protective blanket around your panels that absorbs physical damage and preserves the vehicle's flawless appearance.

How long does PPF take to install?

PPF for a full blanket takes 4 days. However for smaller partial packages this can be completed within 2-3 days.

What does PPF protect against?

PPF stops keys, vandalism, stone chips, scratches, swirl marks, UV, bird droppings, tree sap, road grime, water marking AND pretty much everything but physical DENTS damaging your car, which is why it is regarded as the ULTIMATE form of protection.

What happens if my car is dented while it has PPF?

If your car is dented, or you're involved in a collision while you have PPF your insurance company will pay for the repairs AND the new PPF to be re-installed.

How long does PPF last?

Our PPF is backed by a LIFETIME warranty that covers peeling and any breakages (we've only ever had 7 warranty claims in 20 years)

How much does PPF cost?

PPF starts at as little as $350 for our wear and tear packages (wear and tear includes things like door cups, edges, bonnet strip etc) - and goes all the way up to about $10,000 for our larger cars and super cars for full blanket coverage. It does all depend on the vehicle, and which areas you are seeking coverage for.

How long have we been doing PPF?

What Is CERAMIC COATING?

Ceramic coating is an ultra-durable liquid polymer sealant that is applied to the exterior surfaces of your vehicle.

Is paint-correction Included In Our Surface Prep?

Before Ceramic Coating & locking in your surface - our expert team will be analysing the surface and identifying the appropriate level of correction for your vehicle.

Each package includes a maximum 2-Stage Correction... if further stages of cutting are needed they will come at an additional cost of $200 - which is very reasonable considering just how time consuming paint correction is.

How Long will I need to leave the car with you?

We'll need the vehicle in our shop for between 24-48 hours depending on your package inclusions. You will however have access to a loan car throughout the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Does my car stay glossy after pickup day?

Yes, your vehicle will retain the gloss, luster and colour depth gained by Gtechniqs Crystal Serum Ultra and it will return that exact same finish after every wash (which is also amazingly very easy with a quality coating).

WHAT DO YOU DO TO PREPARE THE SURFACE FOR COATING?

Surface preparation consists of a complete decontamination, iron fallout removal, snow foam pre-wash and hand wash, paint correction and an IPA wipe down.
